Observation

WAC 110-300-0165(2)(d): At the time of the site visit there were plastic garbage bags in a basket located in the diaper changing area in the toddler 2 room; under the bottom cabinet below the sink in the preschool room; in a cupboard in the infant room; and two garbage bags in the diaper changing area in the infant room which were all accessible to children. WAC 110-300-0165(3)(g): At the time of the site visit there was flaking paint on the border around the doorway of the early preschool room, on the window sills in the classrooms and on a food shelf in the kitchen pantry area.
